The Share function allows you to easily share your free schedule or today's schedule with someone else. You can select several of your available dates and times in the calendar, copy the URL and send it to the other person. Guests can select their free time and date from the link, and their confirmed appointments will be automatically registered in the calendar.

1.Click [Share] in the upper right corner

2.Click on an available candidate date and time in the calendar

<aside> 💡 The initial value for the candidate date and time frame is selected as 60 minutes, but it can be changed to 30/60/90/120 minutes from [Time] in the form on the right side.

3.Enter ①[Title] and ②[Calendar] in the input form on the right, and select ③[Invitees] to register.

※Guest name is the name of the person with whom you are coordinating.

<aside> 💡 The title displayed in Preview is also displayed on the guest side.

3.If necessary, select [Option] to add online meeting URL.
