To use the calendar synchronisation function, you need to set up synchronisation.

<aside> 💡 Notes on use If you are using a service with a similar calendar synchronisation function, be sure to deactivate the setting before using Lynx. If you use them in parallel, there is a possibility that appointments will continue to be generated in duplicate indefinitely.

Setting up calendars to synchronise.

1.Click the ❶[Setting] icon on the sidebar and select the ❷[Sync] tab to open the block settings screen.

2. click [Add Sync].

3. Enter the [❶Synchronisation source][❷Synchronisation destination][❸Event name][❹Rules] to be displayed in the block schedule and finally press the [Save] button.

<aside> 💡 Conditions for synchronisation.

• Unattended appointments: appointments without an attendant are subject to synchronisation.

  

• Specific time: only the set time period is subject to synchronisation.

  

• All-day events: all-day events are not subject to synchronisation.

  

• Contains specified words: appointments with specified text in the title are excluded from synchronisation.

  

• Fixed days of the week: the days of the week specified are not subject to synchronisation.

4. If the settings have been added to the calendar to be synchronised, you are done. Now, repeat steps 4 and 5 to set up the necessary calendars and they will be automatically synchronised as blocked appointments in the set Google Calendar/Outlook and other Microsoft calendars.

5. according to the synchronisation settings, the blocked appointments are automatically synchronised to Google Calendar/Outlook and other Microsoft calendars.
