What is the calendar synchronisation function?
- The calendar synchronisation function allows you to synchronise appointments from one calendar linked to Lynx to another. (This function allows you to synchronise appointments from the source calendar to the target calendar.)
- Two synchronisation patterns are available: automatic synchronisation and manual synchronisation.
- In automatic synchronisation, appointments added by others are automatically synchronised to other calendars, reducing the time and effort required to register appointments and preventing mistakes such as double booking.

Calendar synchronisation Function overview.
- You can set the source and destination calendars for synchronisation.
- You can set the "Title" of the appointments to be registered in the synchronisation destination. Set a fixed title of your choice, such as 'Block' or 'Work time'.
- When an event in the synchronisation source calendar is updated, the event is automatically registered in the synchronisation destination calendar with the "Title" you set.

The appointment is automatically synchronised with the title set in Google Calendar for the synchronisation destination.

On Lynx, appointments that have already been synchronised to other calendars are displayed with a grey line, and only appointments in the calendar from which they were synchronised are displayed.

You can also use the automatic synchronisation function between Microsoft calendars such as Outlook and Google Calendar.
